Before Shipping If your pet’s prescription has not yet shipped, you can update the shipping address by contacting Vetster support. Provide the new address promptly so the pharmacy can update the shipment details. Please note that a prescription cannot be shipped out of the country, including to international military bases.
After Shipping Once a prescription has been handed off to the carrier, the shipping address cannot be changed through Vetster.
