VetsterRx Prescription Refund Policy

At Vetster, your pet’s safety is our top priority. We work closely with our pharmacy partners to ensure your pet’s medications are delivered quickly and accurately. Because medications can’t be reused safely and could be tampered with once they leave the pharmacy, we can’t accept returns or refunds once they’ve shipped. That said, we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

Can I get a return or get a refund for prescription medication?

No. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have shipped. This ensures the safety and integrity of your pets medication. This policy applies to all medications, including unopened ones, to ensure compliance with pharmacy safety standards. If you receive the wrong medication from Vetster’s pharmacy, returns are still not accepted due to pharmacy regulations.

Medications Purchased Through Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased pet medications through a third-party retailer (e.g., PetMeds), returns and refunds must be handled directly with that retailer according to their policies. Vetster cannot assist with returns or refunds for products not purchased through its pharmacy system.

What if my medication arrives damaged?

Contact us at [email protected] or through our live chat within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. If the damage is confirmed, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

First, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office in case it was misdelivered. While we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement in these cases, our team will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. Once your order is placed, the shipping address can’t be changed. Refunds aren’t available if the address was shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but sometimes delays can happen. If your shipment is running late, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll look into it right away and work with you to find a solution, which may include a shipping refund or a replacement.

Safe Disposal of Unused Medications

If you no longer need a medication, it is important to dispose of it safely. Many local pharmacies and veterinary clinics offer medication take-back or disposal services. This helps prevent misuse and protects the environment.
