Manage your Autoship order

This article explains what Autoship is and how to cancel an Autoship order in your Vetster account.

What is Autoship?

Autoship automatically refills your pet's prescription medication on a regular schedule, so you never have to worry about running out. When you sign up, your medication ships at the frequency you set, so there's no need to send a new order each time.

As a benefit, Autoship orders receive a 5% discount on eligible medications.

Autoship is currently available for select medications prescribed through VetsterRx.


Cancel your Autoship order

If you want to stop automatic refills, you can cancel your Autoship order at any time.

Cancelling Autoship stops all future shipments. If you want to restart automatic refills later, you'll need to set up a new Autoship order.

  1. Log in to your Vetster account.

  2. Go to Prescriptions (or the Pharmacy tab on the mobile app) and select Manage Autoship.

  3. Find the medication with an active Autoship order and select Cancel Autoship.

  4. Confirm your cancellation when prompted.

Your Autoship order is now cancelled. You won't be charged or receive further shipments for this medication.


Want to pause instead of cancel?

Autoship can't be paused at this time. If you only need to skip a shipment or take a break, cancelling is the only option. You can set up a new Autoship order after your next prescription appointment if you'd like to restart.
