What is Vetster Plus?

Vetster Plus is an annual subscription for pet parents who want regular access to veterinary care without unpredictable costs. This article explains what's included and how to sign up.

What you get with Vetster Plus

Vetster Plus includes:

  • 4 virtual appointments per year with a licensed veterinarian

  • 50% off any appointment booked after the 4 included appointments are used

  • Unlimited live chat with a veterinary technician for help with pet health questions, behaviour, nutrition, and urgent concerns

  • Free standard shipping on prescriptions (US only)

Your virtual appointments cover a wide range of concerns, including acute medical issues, skin problems, allergies, behaviour, and nutrition. Where regulations allow, your vet can diagnose, prescribe medication, and create a treatment plan in a single appointment. In other regions, your vet can provide expert guidance, triage your concern, and recommend over-the-counter options. Appointments are conducted via video call through the Vetster app or web browser. A separate appointment must be booked for each pet to ensure accurate medical records and personalized care. Each appointment covers both new concerns and follow-up visits, with no separate allowances for these types of appointments.

Vetster Plus members get free standard shipping (US) and 50% off pharmacy fees on prescription orders.

Your subscription renews each year. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.

Note: Prescription medications and over-the-counter products are available at an additional cost and are not included in the subscription fee.
