Your virtual appointments cover a wide range of concerns, including acute medical issues, skin problems, allergies, behaviour, and nutrition. Where regulations allow, your vet can diagnose, prescribe medication, and create a treatment plan in a single appointment. In other regions, your vet can provide expert guidance, triage your concern, and recommend over-the-counter options.
Vetster Plus renews each year. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.
Note: Prescription medications and over-the-counter products are available at an additional cost and are not included in the subscription fee.
How to sign up
You can enroll in Vetster Plus while booking your first appointment.
Start booking an appointment on vetster.com or in the Vetster app.
When prompted, select the option to add Vetster Plus.
Complete your booking. Your subscription activates immediately.
Once enrolled, your Vetster Plus benefits are available right away. Your 4 included appointments and unlimited live chat access apply from the moment your subscription starts.
