Autoship is a recurring delivery service that automatically ships a pet’s medication on a recurring schedule. Shipments are based on the medication prescribed, the number of refills you include, the interval between refills you define, and the client’s preference.

Autoship is currently only available for VetsterRx orders in the US.

Autoship is available on select medications. Short-course and acute medications aren't eligible.
Refills must be included. Autoship only appears as an option if you include refills when prescribing.
Many clients are mindful of cash flow and prefer smaller, recurring charges rather than larger one-time expenses. Offering Autoship with the right number of refills provides this flexibility while supporting compliance.
