Appointments canceled less than 30 minutes before the appointment start time are eligible for a Vetster credit that will remain on your account for use towards a future appointment booking. The credit will appear in your Vetster wallet within 24 hours and does not expire.
Appointments canceled more than 30 minutes before the appointment start time are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
If you are a Vetster Plus member, your appointment voucher will be returned to your account within 24 hours after your appointment is canceled.
