Vetster encourages veterinarians to keep their availability up to date to minimize scheduling conflicts. However, emergencies and technical issues can still arise. If you experience any issues, Vetster’s support team is available to assist you promptly.

Join the Call and Wait: Log in at the scheduled time and wait a few minutes for the veterinarian to connect.
Report the Issue: If the veterinarian hasn’t joined after a few minutes, use the in-app chat or support feature to report the issue. Vetster’s support team will check in with the veterinarian and help resolve any potential technical delays.
Request a Refund or Reschedule: If the appointment cannot proceed, you are eligible for a refund or can reschedule the visit at no additional cost.
