What is Vetster's appointment cancelation policy?

This article explains Vetster's cancellation policy and refund options for pet parents.

Appointments canceled less than 30 minutes before the appointment start time are eligible for a Vetster credit that will remain on your account for use towards a future appointment booking.

The credit will appear in your Vetster wallet within 24 hours and does not expire.

Appointments canceled more than 30 minutes before the appointment start time are eligible for a full refund. Your appointment fee will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. If you are a Vetster Plus member, your appointment voucher will be returned to your account.

The in-account cancellation flow will guide you through the process and indicate whether a refund or credit applies based on the policy. Refunds are processed immediately on Vetster’s end when applicable, though it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
