Vetster Plus subscription plans are generally not eligible for refunds. Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis and gives you access to virtual veterinary appointments and unlimited live chats with a veterinary professional.
As with other subscription services, you’re billed to keep your subscription active regardless of use.
