Vetster Plus subscription plans are generally not eligible for refunds. Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis and gives you access to virtual veterinary appointments and unlimited live chats with a veterinary professional.
You can cancel your Vetster Plus annual subscription at any time. Once you cancel, no further charges will be made to your account for subscription renewals, and you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
As with other subscription services, you’re billed to keep your subscription active regardless of use. Prorated refunds for unused months are not available, and subscriptions charged for renewal are not refundable unless approved upon review by management.
