You may cancel your Vetster Plus subscription plan at any time to stop future payments. Please note that your plan must be canceled before it renews in order to avoid the next billing cycle.
Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Vetster account on your desktop or mobile device.
If you're logged in on a web browser, select View plan details on the Vetster Plus card on your dashboard. If you're logged into the Vetster mobile app, navigate to the Account tab, and then tap the Vetster Plus card to view your plan benefits.
Select Cancel subscription to initiate the cancelation process. You'll be asked to provide optional feedback before proceeding to complete your subscription cancelation.

Canceling via the Mobile AppLog in to your Vetster account and navigate to the Accounts tab.
Tap the Vetster Plus subscription card to open your subscription dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Cancel subscription to complete the process.
