Vetster makes it easy to download your completed appointment medical records right from your account. You can do so by following the steps below:
(Please note that downloading medical records is currently available from your web browser only. However, viewing appointment notes and recommendations is accessible on both the web and app platforms.)
1. Log in to your Vetster account 2. On the left-hand side menu select Appointments
2. Select the completed appointment that you wish to obtain the medical record from. At the top of your appointment page click Download Record You can also open the "Record" tab to view the veterinarian's notes, recommendations, and the Digital Appointment Plan (DAP).
3. Save your medical record to your device and you're done!You will also receive a notification once the veterinarian finalizes the notes, and you can view them directly in the "Record" tab.
