Our veterinary professionals are paid through Vetster Payments within 7-10 business days of each completed appointment. Payout options vary based on your region, but include bank transfer and PayPal. Payouts are issued within 7–10 business days after the completion of the medical record for each appointment. For an appointment to qualify as completed, veterinarians must attend the appointment at the scheduled time, conduct a thorough consultation with the client, perform a physical exam of the patient via video when possible, document appropriate medical notes for the visit, and provide clear guidance, recommendations, or next steps before ending the call. Partial payouts may apply in cases of client no-shows, in accordance with Vetster’s no-show policy.
