If an appointment is booked with you and you are unable to confirm your attendance at least 10 minutes before the start time, the appointment may be transferred to another available veterinarian.
This helps Vetster prevent missed appointments and no-shows, providing the best possible experience for pet parents.
In cases where you are online and signed into your Vetster account (i.e. in back-to-back appointments), the appointment will not be transferred. Please ensure that you confirm appointments as soon as possible.
