If you have a promo code you'd like to use, you can simply add it during the check-out process when booking your appointment: Promo codes are typically for follow-up appointments and can only be used once per client.
Promo codes are special discounts that can be applied to follow-up appointments. Each client can use a promo code one time, making it a valuable tool for reducing costs.
To apply a promo code when booking a follow-up appointment:
Begin the appointment booking process in the Vetster app.
Before completing checkout, locate the field labeled Promo Code.
Enter the promo code in the field and confirm to apply the discount.
Proceed to finalize the booking.
You will see the discount applied as a coupon in green under your Booking summary. If you already booked your appointment and forgot to add your promo code, note that post-payment adjustments are not typically processed. However, you may contact our Support team to request a review, providing the promo code and appointment details. We hope you have a great appointment!
