These fees are noted on your receipt as well as the medication cost. All refrigerated products must be shipped using 1 business day method. Compound medications will take an additional 2-3 business days plus the time required for shipping. For example, if Standard shipping is selected your compound order will take approximately 5 to 8 business days to arrive. If 1 Business day shipping is selected it will take approximately 3 to 4 business days to arrive.
Please note that refrigerated items, specialty medications like compound medications, and items drop shipped from another manufacturer are not returnable.
