      I can't hear the other person on my call

      If you can't hear the person on the other side of your appointment try the tips below:

      1. Ensure that your speakers aren't muted in both the Vetster application window and your computer settings

      2. If your sound is working correctly and you still can't hear the other person send a Chat message and ask them to make sure they aren't muted
